What can the programme help with?
Not everybody I work with approaches me with a specific ‘symptom’ they want to overcome. Sometimes they just don’t feel happy in their lives, have always felt a bit ‘up and down’ emotionally, or a particular event (such as divorce, bereavement, or the recent pandemic) has been the start of a poor period of mental health where they don’t feel like they are coping well and need help to get back on track.
However, where I do get contacted for help with particular symptoms, the ones below are some of the most common I am consulted for. I have put more information under each heading from the main Thrive Programme website about each one, which should be helpful if you are looking for more detail on a specific difficulty or issue in particular.

As a former heavy drinker (who has now been sober for almost 4 years of the last 5), I am passionate about helping people to change unhealthy coping patterns in their life, recognising the significant impact they can have on you.
Whether you have been overusing something temporarily to cope, or whether this has been going on for a bit longer, the programme can help you to understand WHY you are using these things to cope, and how to build different coping mechanisms and beliefs instead. Over the last five years I have helped people to change their relationships with alcohol and drugs (prescription and illicit), cigarettes, food, sex and relationships, shopping, and much more.

Not sure whether the programme could help you? Drop me an email or set up a free consultation session with me - I am always happy to have a chat about the programme and what you are trying to achieve from undertaking it, and am always honest about what options would be best for each person I speak to.
Emetophobia
Emetophobia is a specific phobia of being sick, or seeing others be sick (or, of course, both!). Also known as vomit phobia, this is one of the most severe phobias we treat at The Thrive Programme. With its own ‘Cure Your Emetophobia And Thrive’ manual, this specifically tailored programme workbook for emetophobia is hugely successful at teaching adults and children how to beat their phobia and thrive. Around 5-8% of the population in the UK (similar figures in the US) are estimated to have this phobia, and 90-95% of sufferers are women/girls.
As a Lead Coach on emetophobia, I have taken huge numbers of emetophobes successfully through the programme over the last 5 years and (as an ex-emetophobe myself too!) love helping other emetophobes to overcome their phobia, just as I did in 2015! I have fully overcome my phobia since completing the programme, and am passionate about helping others to do the same, whether adults, children, or whole families. If you have a child or teenager with emetophobia, go through some of the links in the ‘Children/Young People’s Mental Health’ dropdown above to learn more about the options available for young people.
Working with children and families
Mental health issues for children and teenagers is (sadly) on the rise. Over the years, I have worked with children and teenagers (and/or their parents and families, depending on the age of the sufferer) experiencing a range of difficulties including;
School avoidance or worries
Social anxiety
Phobias such as emetophobia, fear of flying, fear of dogs, spiders, the dark
Panic attacks, stress and exam-related anxiety
Struggling with sexuality
Anger, mood swings, or ‘acting out’ behaviour
Dependence on parents, and related attachment issues
Low self esteem, poor body image, and food issues
Sleeping issues and excessive worrying
and much more…
If you have a child or teenager who is struggling and want to know where to start, go to the link in the ‘Children/Young People’s Mental Health’ dropdown (further up this page) to learn more about the options available for young people.

Pricing
I always prefer to discuss the full price and what it includes face-to-face/individually at a consultation.
However, I understand that clients want to have an idea of price before they get in touch so I’ve put together a brief outline here.
Unlike counselling/therapy sessions where the duration of the sessions is an unknown, The Thrive Programme is a training course and as such we price it for the entire course rather than per session, so that you know right from the get-go what you will be paying.
I am always happy to discuss spreading the cost over 2 or 3 months with someone who can’t pay a full balance upfront, and encourage people who are keen to start the course but would like to discuss other payment plan options with me to get in touch - I am always happy to talk through options.
Your mental health is one of the most important - and valuabel - things you will ever invest in, so I try to offer options that make it easier to spread the cost as much as possible.
£0
Initial consultation session
These sessions are usually 30 to 40 minutes and are completely free - they’re just a chance to meet me, to discuss what’s been going on up to now, to talk about the programme and for you to ask any questions you have, before deciding whether to go ahead with my support as a Coach.
Initial consultation sessions are usually conducted via Zoom or Skype, but can be done via telephone if necessary.
£1195
Full course of The Thrive Programme
A full course of the programme with me costs £1195. This price includes;
Up to 8 one hour one-to-one sessions with me weekly,
A one hour follow-up session 6-8 weeks after course completion to check progress and goal-set
Access to the full suite of client support videos from TTP HQ to accompany the learning within each chapter of the Thrive Programme workbook
Support in-between sessions where needed, and extra supplementary resources where required/necessary to individualise and expand on learning
A TTP workbook (if needed) and a free TTP journal to use once the course is complete.
Individual/ top-up sessions (price discussed individually depending on requirements)
I also offer individual one-to-one sessions for existing/former clients who feel that an additional top up session would be helpful, or who would like further support on specific goals or goal setting (for ongoing programme learning and development). The price of these sessions is discussed individually and is dependent on what is specifically required - please contact me directly to discuss.
